Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed during launches, promotions, or holidays may require additional processing time.

Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Additional paid shipping options, including expedited services when available, are displayed at checkout and charged separately. Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order has not yet shipped, we may attempt to correct an address, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.LAKAPRI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will follow applicable U.S. requirements concerning delay consent or refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check your tracking information, with household members, neighbors, and your building's mailroom, and contact the carrier directly.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us promptly at info@lakapri.com. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered, but we will review each case individually and assist with carrier claims where reasonably possible.
